About Metavante
Metavante Technologies, Inc. is the parent company of Metavante Corporation. On Nov. 2, 2007, Metavante Technologies, Inc. began trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol, "MV." Metavante is headquartered in Milwaukee, with 5,700 employees running operations in 31 U.S. cities, as well as London and Toronto.

College Recruiting
Every year Metavante recruits at colleges across the nation for qualified students in the areas of information technology, sales and marketing, finance and accounting and more to join Metavante's LPA training program upon graduation.
Implemented to provide new hires with cross-culture exposure and a foundation of knowledge for long-term career success at Metavante, the LPA training program consists of 75 days of company- wide rotations.
The LPA training program provides learning experiences that accelerate entry into Metavante's culture and foster long-term career success. Through the rotations, the LPAs alternate through primary "experience" areas including: client facing, development, marketing, operation service delivery and corporate administration. Within these different areas, LPAs experience project work, classroom training and on -the-job learning. Upon completion of the training program, each LPA joins the respective department for which he/she was hired.
"Metavante is a great place to work. We put our clients first and we keep our industry on its toes with our financial expertise and proven technology leadership," said Marquette alumnus Donald Layden, senior executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Metavante Corporation. Mr. Layden leads the corporate development function and is also president of the Metavante International Group, which is charged with the company's global expansion opportunities. Layden continued, "We are very pleased with the recent graduates that joined us from Marquette. Creativity, diversity and innovation is what the LPA training program brings to us, and it is what is going to take Metavante to the next level."
