Metavante First-Hand: Feedback from Marquette IT Graduates

Why were you interested in employment at Metavante?
ITSO sponsored a "Java and Jobs" event where students were able to talk to recruiters from different companies; Metavante was one of several companies to attend, but was the only one that stood out as a corporation that I could really see myself working for. I applied the same day. - Robert

How has the LPA training program influenced your transition from college to the work force?
The program was a good way to get familiar with the company as a whole before starting in my position. The transition didn't feel overwhelming because learning about the company and culture was separate from learning the actual job. - Jason

As a recent graduate settling into a new job, what piece of advice would you offer students beginning their job search?
My advice would be to embrace the change you are about to go through. It is alright to be a little scared of the unknown, but strive to get all that you can out of the experiences you are about to have. - Matthew

Always keep your options open, you never know what will fall into your lap. - Sasha
