IT Faculty

Dr. Monica Adya
Prof. Adya does research the area of knowledge management systems and IT workforce development, particularly from the perspective of culture and gender. She teaches MANA 120: Intro. to IT, MANA 123: Project Management, BUAD 279: IT Project Management, and INBU 181/BUAD 280: Global Technology Experience. She received her PhD from Case Western Reserve University. She can be reached at monica.adya@marquette.edu.

Dr. Kate Kaiser
Kate M. Kaiser celebrates her twentieth year at Marquette this year. She has taught many of the undergrad classes and more recently Systems Analysis and Design in addition to MBA classes. Kate is very involved in placement and researches IT skills and offshoring. She got into IT by accident as a keypuncher in college. Kate loves to travel and will spend winter in India on a Fulbright grant studying offshore software development and girls' interest in technology. She can be reached at kate.kaiser@marquette.edu.

Dr. Terence Ow
Prof. Ow teaches Introduction to IT, Web-based Applications Development, Emerging Technology, Systems Analysis and Design (MBA) and Foundations of IT (MBA).
